I have a passion for health and personal improvement.  I obtained my bachelors and masters degree in Health Education.  I am currently a Health Educator in the public school systems, a Faciltator for a youth program that empowers youth, I mentor for new educators, speaker and Founder and wellness coach of iThrive wellness consulting.

In my spare time I love to waterski, snowski, interior design, remodeling, real-estate, dancing, yoga, playing with my kids, cleaning :), travel especially to beach destinations. and being with family.  

I strive to be a happy person and love to smile and laugh.  I believe life should be happy and we all have the power within us to live exponential lives.  I am excited to be part of your journey.
